Iain looks after finance and marketing. He's in charge of acquiring new, exciting projects, and is there to make sure all our projects start smoothly. Talk to him if you want to get your new venture off to a great start.

Anna is in charge of projects and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Anna takes on board all requests from clients and delegates them to her minions...that is, she asks her colleagues for their professional expertise and allocates their precious time.

Richard looks after the day to day running of Base Creative's website development team. He works with Anna to plan new websites and with his team to test new projects or updates to existing work. On the side he specialises in emptying the coffee pot in a single sitting.

Simon is responsible for getting the guts of your website to function. While the designers are busy making your site look pretty, the Web Development team are hard at work giving them something to apply the makeup to.

David designs whatever is thrown at him. As a self confessed perfectionist he'll not rest until he's happy, or until someone makes him a cup of tea.

Andy is responsible for both web and graphic design work. His speciality is turning ideas into reality - that and having fun with Photoshop
